The venue was exceptionally comfortable and fabulous, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was stunning near to restaurants and cantinas, major attractions and surrounded by cafes. Got wheelchair accessible room with a lovely bathroom as well as really nice view as expected.
The hotel staff was very unpleasant.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the airport for a flight, and Alfama, the old town. The place was just close to Casa de Linhares, where you can have dinner.
